Paper-free Practice
By using the same software programme as our consultants we can run an entirely paper-free practice.
This works especially well for consultants who want to:

Patient software we work with:
An example process of running a clinic using a paper free practice is explained below:
- The consultant would log in to the software when they arrive in clinic.
- They check the online clinic list, click on the relevant patient, read the scanned referral letter and see the patient.
- On finishing the consultation, the consultant will make notes (either handwritten or typed), dictate, and email the dictation to us. Any handwritten notes are sent to us either by scan or by post and uploaded to the system.
- The dictation is typed the same day where possible (overnight if not) and returned ASAP to the consultant for checking – either by placing an alert on the software to check the letter or by secure email.
- The patient is charged for the consultation before it takes place, or invoiced just afterwards (based on consultant preference).
- If further tests or scans have been requested or undertaken during the patient’s consultation, these will be chased by us and uploaded to the software as soon as the results are available – the consultant is alerted immediately to the result, for their opinion.
The system is absolutely safe and we follow strict data protection laws to ensure no patient information is leaked
Payment Up Front
Alongside our paper free practice, we also offer a ‘payment up front’ option for self-funding patients. By collecting consultation fees prior to the patient being seen we have significantly reduced self-funding debt for our consultants.
